Shortcuts panel displays incorrectly from left-hand-side of screen

I think the summary and attached screenshot say it all.

The panel renders perfectly if launched from an icon on the bottom of the screen.

Version 3.3.99.beta1

It's a great piece of software, despite these few unevennesses!
