Caffeine-Icon missing in Indicator-Menu

Caffeine 2.9.0, Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety

I know, you haven't an official support for Ubuntu 16.10 yakkety. Before the last update, everything works ok. Now, in version 2.9, the icon at the indicator-menu is missing.

So you can get a menu, but there's no icon? I suppose you've tried restarting caffeine-indicator?

Yes, you're right. Restarting caffeine-indicator or my whole system have no effect.

Which desktop are you using?

Which icon theme are you using?

And does it work if you change your icon theme to ubuntu-mono-light?

I use Unity and the "Ambiance"-Theme (I assume it's ubuntu-mono-dark). It's the default setting in Ubuntu. If I switch to "Radiance"-Theme (I hopefully assume it's ubuntu-mono-light), the menu-bars are light-grey and the expected dark caffee-cup appears. If I switch back to "Ambiance", the Icon is missing.

Thanks. I will look into how this is supposed to work. The old ubuntu-mono-dark icons are now under "hicolor" as the default icons (and they show nicely for me in my dark GNOME desktop). Meanwhile, I seem to have put the ubuntu-mono-light icons in the wrong place, so I'm not sure why they're working (but I can see that at least some have been found, as they're listed in the cache).
