Bug Description
There's quite a few channels which only accept you when you connect on +7000 with -ssl or so, Cable however, as far as I know, has no SSL support (or port changing for that matter). I think this would be of critical importance to integrate.

Maki has support for custom port and ssl (and nickserv), so we just need to expose those settings in cable, just like we expose the address right now.
