Cable automatically creates new accounts

How the bug happens:

Install Cable and start it. Type in your account name and join a channel.

From the sidebar choose "Join Channel..." and type in some other account name, that currently doesn't exists in your Cable accounts list (under Settings).

Cable tries to connect to the channel with the account that doesn't exist. Cable don't give any errors, but tries to connect with the new account and starts adding _ to the name. Cable adds 2x _ in 1 second to your name. Because of that, Cable starts to create lots of accounts with _ included in your account name.

maki automatically adds those _ and cable saves them for some reason. Not sure if we can change that behaviour in maki.

Why are those added at all? After a few added underscores, there's no way this user name has been taken. Adding a screen shot showing how many accounts are being created
