Bug Description
Cable currently does not allow for commands such as '/me' or '/join' to be executed, instead sending them as a message.

A note on the implementation: if you're gonna do it, do them all if possible. :P Empathy only supports a few select commands and that gets really frustrating. Cable should be smart enough to send any /foo text as an IRC command to the server.
