CUPS driver for Kodak ESP 5xxx AiO

Bug Description

In Ubuntu Oneiric, which is in alpha, there is no printing from any program. If the Kodak printer is selected and a print job run, the printer interface window in gedit, eog, or whatever will show the job being sent but there will be no response.

As of the latest CUPS updates, cups_1.4.7-1ubuntu4_i386.deb , printing from gedit causes this notation to appear after the printer name:

Filter "/usr/lib/cups/filter/command2esp" for printer "Eastman-Kodak-Company-ESP-5200-Series_Ai0" not available: No Such file or directory

Opening /usr/lib/cups/filter/ in nautilus reveals that command2esp is in fact present, yet it is not being found.

FIXED:
As of 10-19-2011, now in the earliest development of Ubuntu Precise Pangolin, I found a setting in the printer management in GNOME that had somehow marked the printer as not active and fixed that. Anyone who cannot print with C2esp needs to ensure that the printer is active!
Now it prints fine in back and white, which is all I ever did with the expensive to feed printer it replaced. Selecting color printing is still netting only black and white print, will check to see if anything else external to the driver is involved in this. Beats the hell out of the color-over-black and white I got when I first tried the printer and C2esp. Color print from files exported as jpegs to camera cards is fine.
