Not up to date for 2.7.0

Plugin "Bzrtools" is not up to date with installed Bazaar version 2.7.0.
There should be a newer version of Bzrtools available, e.g. 2.7.

Same thing happens to me now in 2.8.0. 😒

If anyone is looking to get around this bug, I've attached a patch which just assumes your installation is COMPATIBLE. This should be a fair assumption until there's a major bzr version bump, at which point I'm assuming the worst thing that will happen is this plugin will crash.

It's not a fair assumption. Historically, new minor versions of Bazaar have frequently broken bzrtools. I don't want to get bug reports when Bazaar breaks me.
