Bug Description

When a bzr operation is made from the command line rather than through IntelliJ IDEA + bzr4idea, the new state is not reflected in the bzr4idea Changes frame even after pressing the resynchronize button in IntelliJ IDEA.

so, you are saying "bzr status" does report a change which bzr4idea does
not, not even on hitting "refresh" button in Changes View? (Note that
"synchronize" button does something different...)
If you really meant "Synchronize" button and not "Refresh Changes View",
then I would tend to consider this not a bug. Instead, it a feature request.
Just nice to have, at the moment.

so what is it?

Apologies, I didn't make things clear. I mix working with
Emacs/command-line, Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA on the same source
(different compilation directories, but the same source) I had some
changes which all three modes of working acknowledged as being a change
compared to the Bazaar latest revision. I committed the change from the
command line.

You are entirely correct I was pressing "Synchronize" and not "Refresh"
so this is probably a bug report to rescind and remove. I assumed that
because they were the same icon they were the same function, clearly
they are not. I will ensure I test this hypothesis out at the next
change.

Thanks for the prompt reply, much appreciated. Sorry it may be a bogus
report on my part.

I can confirm the "Refresh" button works fine. Sorry, this bug report
was bogus.
