Bug Description

Bazaar 2.4.0, Ubuntu Ocelot

mpt@zephyr:~$ bzr launchpad-login
No Launchpad user ID configured.
mpt@zephyr:~$

What should happen: It should tell me how to configure a Launchpad user ID.

I think perhaps the ui for this command should be considered more broadly (ie this bug can be fixed along with others) but he has a point.

Register to launchpad, while registering it will ask to enter user name,
that is your launchpad-login USER ID.
Procedure is simple as we register for any social site.
