Bug Description

Some users have been confused by

% bzr switch trivial
bzr: WARNING: bzrlib version doesn't match the bzr program.
This may indicate an installation problem.
bzrlib from ['/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/bzrlib'] is version (2, 4, 0, 'dev', 5)

typically because they have a half-installed copy around. They might cope better if we pointed out which bzr program it is that mismatches.
