retire_bzrdir uses different naming scheme for backing up bzrdir

Bug Description

BzrDir.retire_bzrdir is used to rename a .bzr directory when it has been merged into another bzr directory entirely. This is effectively a backup operation, and it should ideally use names consistent with BzrDir.backup_bzrdir.
