Bug Description
We fixed 'bzr revert' to do a lot better WRT not thrashing while trying to page in the CHKInventory. However I was just poking at some stuff and tried doing:
bzr revert SUBDIR
in my 70k entry tree, and found that it was thrashing again. It looks like paths2ids isn't particularly cache friendly when SUBDIR is big enough.

Note that I was doing "bzr revert -r -900 SUBDIR", the -r might be a significant factor.
