Related to bug #758678 revert does not cache sha
and
bug #740932 building working tree doesn't update sha cache
Merge also needs to be updated to pass the new 'sha1' parameter to TreeTransform.
The net effect is that it will speed up a 'bzr st' immediately after 'bzr merge'. However, this depends on how many files were touched, and 'bzr merge' has to take long enough in creating the new files to pass our '3s' window. So I'm setting this to low priority for now.
