bzr init on the root of a remote repository gives wrong error

This will likely be fixed when the changes proposed by John in http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.bazaar-ng.general/20041/focus=20131
are made. Just filing this to make sure it's not forgotten.

Ah, forgot to mention the branch is actually created, so it's mainly the error that is confusing.

The bug is that it is trying to create a remote working tree.

I'm not sure why, especially if the remote repository has --no-trees set.

I think there's another bug that push ignores the repo setting for tree
creation.

That is a bug, but as I recall, that was only true for local branches.
