I don't fully understand this issue but it could be the same as bug #692085
bzr branch lp:space-shuttle

I'm guessing that branch is recursively stacked on itself somehow.
(Either directly, or branch-a says it is stacked on branch-b which says
it is stacked on branch-a, etc.)
