"Conflict adding file FILE. Moved existing file to FILE.moved." doesn't tell how to remedy

Bug Description
"Conflict adding file FILE. Moved existing file to FILE.moved."
should be changed to:
"Conflict adding file FILE. Moved existing file to FILE.moved.
Do 'bzr resolve FILE' when you have resolved the issue"
In general, all error messages should contain a short description of how to remedy the problem. Some bazaar error messages doesn't do this.

I think 'bzr help conflict-types' will tell you more in this specific case.
But I agree we could do better (which is planned so far as being part of 'bzr conflicts -v'.
