suggest alternatives branches with common history when no branch is found

Bug Description
Sometimes I go to pull new revisions on a branch and find that the launchpad team it is tied to has been renamed, so the parent URL in my branch is now 404.
This is probably more a launchpad feature request than a bzr one, but I think it would be very cool if bzr could query launchpad for branches which share a common root revision. This would allow:
1) relocated parent branches to be re-connected to
2) mergeable branches to be explored
