rename parent_branch etc to describe what they do

Bug Description
Bazaar might be easier to understand if we deprecated the names "parent branch", etc and replaced them with names that just describe what command they affect:
* default_pull_branch
* default_push_branch
* default_
* default_bind_branch
Send and the submit branch need some thought, but we could make sure the option name aligns with the command line argument name.
This needs some discussion before implementation and consideration of how to migrate.
