bzr shelve with editor support: short hunk help lists "e" but long help does not

I have configured `changes_editor` in my branch.conf and trying to run `bzr shelve`. It shows me short help after the hunk as:

Shelve? [yNefq?]

I'm pressing `?` and this line expanded to:

Shelve? [(y)es, (N)o, (f)inish, or (q)uit]

Note that "e" character is not expanded and not explained.

If I press "e" anyway no editor launched and shelve simply going to next hunk.
