want diff option to exclude newly added files

Bug Description

Normally bzr diff shows the full text of newly added files. It would be nice if there was an option to exclude them.

To exclude the files? Or to mention the file but be more like status? See also bug 53992 which asks for a -x option for diff.

I think I filed this in response to ad hoc user feedback, but on the
whole I would say, to mention them but not show the diff from ''.
