Bug Description
$ bzr reconfigure lp:~xiphos-devel/xiphos/waf --stacked-on lp:xiphos
bzr: ERROR: Not a branch: "/home/dmitrij/lp:xiphos/".
it should have use lp: directory to expand url. Using
$ bzr --version
Bazaar (bzr) 2.1.0dev5
from nightly ppa.
