Generate debug symbols for each release

It would be handy if debug symbols were built for every release of Bazaar and either included in the installer or provided as a separate downloadable zip file. This would make it easier to debug "hard" crashes that occurred within extensions such as groupcompress.

It's important that these symbols are generated at the same time as the binaries themselves, otherwise they most likely won't match.
