Bzr error during commit (remove_recursive_id)

The following error message appeared during a commit to a local drive

Not reproducible - the exact same operation succeeded the next time around.

All of the other relevant information I can think of is contained within the exception information (sorry I realise this isnt much to go on, if there is any other useful information I can submit then let me know)
