KnitCorrupt error is poorly named

Bug Description
Most times "KnitCorrupt" doesn't actually mean the knit is corrupt, but "an error occurred while trying to read it" (eg bug 430900), so it's unreasonably alarming. We should call it just KnitError or something.
However, we probably don't raise this on modern repositories, so it may not be urgent.
