Bug Description
Use Case:
I fix n bugs in branch A.
Then I cherrypick these bug fix revisions over into branch B.
I would like to run "bzr missing branch B --fixes" (inside branch A).
This should list all the revisions and their corresponding bug fix info that occurred in the branchA and not the other branchB (and visa versa).
