Bug Description
bzr source distribution misses a PKG-INFO file .. which is uncommon for a Python distribution (created using the sdist command).
some programs depend upon the presence of a PKG-INFO file (eg: pkginfo in pypi reads it).
can you please create one?
(ideally, the sdist command should be used)
