Typo in user guide installation instructions

This applies to both the web page (section 2.1.4.1) and file "installing_bazaar.txt". It says,

"You can install without compiling extensions with:
python setup.py install build_ext --allow-python-fallbacks"

The option is in fact "--allow-python-fallback" (ie. no 's' on the end).
