command to show the rules that apply to a particular file

Bug Description
It would be useful if there was a command that could show the rules for a particular file, since the rules can come from different patterns in different files. e.g.
$ bzr show-rules foo.c
eol = native
keywords = xml_escape

| status: | New → Triaged |
