Bug Description

C:\work\bzr-day\a>bzr ci -m test
Committing to: C:/work/bzr-day/a/
aborting commit write group: PointlessCommit(No changes to commit)
bzr: ERROR: no changes to commit. use --unchanged to commit anyhow

The second line in the output (aborting...) is internal info IMO and should not be shown to the
user. It smells like a bug/regression for me.
