AliasDirectory locations are undocumented

The shortcuts provided by AliasDirectory (:parent, :submit, :public, :bound, :push, and :this) are very handy. They should be prominently mentioned in the documentation somewhere and should be part of 'bzr help'.

I have a basic fix for this, it's basically just a help topic. Ideally it'd be an autogenerated one in case anyone ever extends AliasDirectory, but let's start with simple incremental improvements.

Fix landed in lp;bzr/2.0, should be in 2.0.5 (which doesn't have a milestone yet?)
