Bug Description
I used to rather like the 'd' key to shelve, which meant something like "I'm happy with the (perhaps default) selection status of all these hunks, please skip to the end and don't ask me about the rest of them". In practice this meant that if you knew up-front that you just wanted to keep a couple of hunks, you could press 'n' on those and then press 'd' to quickly shelve everything else.
Could this feature please be restored?

That feature was restored as the 'f' key, because 'd' will be used for 'show me a diff'. I am aware its behavior is slightly different at present. Shelve isn't done yet.
