If I miss a button, shelve assumes 'n'

I suck at typing. 'shelve' should re-prompt if I press an irrelevant key, not assume I mean 'no'.

I agree in principle. A pure <enter> should be treated as a default keypress, but pressing an invalid key should re-prompt, not go to default.
