Bug Description
It would be useful if there was some change callback mechanism in WorkingTree, not requiring a lock and properly abstracted. This would be useful for applications like nautilus-bzr, which need to be notified when the metadata of a file changes.
This could for example be implemented by using inotify on .bzr/checkout/
