Bug Description

It would be nice if 'bzr info' showed the server version when given a smartserver url.

I'm assuming that Stephen is no longer working on this, since it hasn't been touched in quite a while. So moving this to the "canonical-bazaar" stuff-to-be-touched-by-the-Patch Pilot queue.
