merge --uncommitted should allow pulling from remote working trees

Bug Description
People would like to be able to pull uncommitted changes from other machines.
This would require a bit of an architectural change to allow either accessing the workingtree across a Transport, or doing Remote access to the working tree. The second may be cleaner.
As a workaround, you can commit, pull, and then uncommit on the destination, or of course just copy a patch or the files.
