Bug Description
I have a problem accessing an svn repo with https (checkout, branch, ls, etc.)
'http' and 'svn+https' work fine.
I'm guessing this hurts the possibility of deprecating 'svn+'.
prompt> bzr ls https:/
bzr: ERROR: Invalid http response for https:/
bzr 1.7.1 (also happens in 1.8rc1 and bzr/trunk revision 3777)
bzr-svn 0.4.13
