bzr move ignores quiet option

Bug Description
This is a bit like #252834, when I do a bzr mv -q it still displays me origin => target. Not a big deal, but it would be good to suppress this output, if bzr already has an -q option.
Oh and yes, this bug is on 1.6.1, but at least 1.5 was affected too, probably also some earlier versions.
