Bug Description
affects bzr
While Bazaar doesn't support tags, some other version control systems
(such as Subversion do). It would be nice if it was possible to only
support pulling new tags from e.g. Subversion during pull. This would
also significantly (really significantly) speed up pulling from a
subversion repo.
In order to support this, Tags.merge_to() should have a since parameter
that can be set to a revision id.

I don't understand what you mean by "Bazaar doesn't support tags". We track tags directly. Do you mean that Bazaar doesn't *version* tags?
