Arguments for ordering should be consistent (--forward / --reverse)

Bug Description

The command "bzr log" displays items by default from newest to oldest, and take an argument "--forward" to "show from oldest to newest".

The command "bzr missing" also displays items by default from newest to oldest, yet takes an argument "--reverse" to "reverse the order of revisions" ... in other words, the same thing that "--forward" does for "bzr log".

This inconsistency is harmful to the user experience (and certainly confused this reporter); a single argument for this behavior should be chosen and applied to all relevant commands.
