would like "ls --verbose" that shows size, maybe other things

Bug Description

It would be useful if 'bzr ls' took a -v/--verbose option that showed more metadata about the file. (like ls -l; maybe it should even be -l)

The output should show everything interesting about the file: probably kind, size, etc. sha1 could be turned on by another option?

The format should be fairly stable so it can be parsed by scripts, and maybe have an xml option.

How should that work, in the presence of WT filters (line endings,
keywords, etc)? Showing the internal form would be consistent with
itself, but could be confusing when somebody then checks it out and
it's a different size.
