After a "bzr branch lp:mailman/2.1" and "cd 2.1", a "bzr annotate messages/de/LC_MESSAGES/mailman.po" leads to:

Wait, looks like I got confused by Archlinux packaging Breezy as bzr? I suppose I should report this there instead?
