no way to read the nick of a remote branch

Bug Description
There's no way to get the nick of a remote branch. bzr nick foo will set the current branch's nick to foo, and not read the nick of foo. There should be something like --branch=foo to allow for that.

It also does not accept -d parameter so you can't set the nick to some branch you have checked out without chdir'ing to the place your branch is in.
