Bug Description
With bzr.dev, pycurl 7.43.0-2+b1 most pycurl HTTPS tests fail:
ERROR: per_transport.
log: {{{2.747 got pycurl error: 51, SSL: certificate subject name (127.0.0.1) does not match target host name '127.0.0.1', (51, "SSL: certificate subject name (127.0.0.1) does not match target host name '127.0.0.1'"), url: https:/

}}}
Using 'localhost' rather than '127.0.0.1' seems to fix this.
