When run with ch_FR.UTF-8 locale, English docs contain French text

Bug Description

When bazaar is built with French locale, the English user reference contains French phrases when short descriptions are translated.

This bug was fixed in the package bzr - 2.7.0-5

bzr (2.7.0-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Enable PGP checking of upstream tarball.
  * Cope with paramiko making argument to SFTPFile.prefetch() mandatory.
