Bug Description

Constructing all the test objects in the bzr suite can take a few
seconds on slow machines; it would be nice to show progress as they come
up.

This seems fairly big-hammerish.

I'd rather just have the root test_suite() return a proxy object that loads-as-it-executes, or when count() is called.
