RFE: Smart Server logging

I often use "bzr serve" for quickly publishing my branch(es) to co-programmers. I tell them my IP via ICQ, then wait for them to send me the "i'm done" message. This is an annoying procedere, since it is impossible for me to see when someone pulled my sources.

I thus hereby request a logging feature for the smart server.

That basically would log all actions performed by remote client.

It should be possible to activate/deactivate logging with a switch, for example --log-actions.

The logs should include:

- Time
- Remote IP (!!)
- Action
- State (Started, Done, Canceled)
