Bug Description
can we get bzr uploaded to pypi? currently installing bzr from pypi requires rather inane arcana of
$ pip install bzr --allow-external bzr --allow-unverified bzr
which means it can be declared a dep for anything else in pypi, cause pip will barf without the proper invocation.
