Bug Description

Currently bzr does not host their files on PyPI. This makes it quite slow and also unsafe for people using pip or similar to install bzr. Could you please upload your releases to PyPI?

This requires a change to the bzr release process and makes PyPI harder to use, strange move...

I've been pointed at http://lwn.net/SubscriberLink/599793/a595880fa4546f4c/ recently and I'm quite surprised such a change was introduced and broke many users workflow.
