Bug Description
Some people may need to use aftp (active ftp) rather than ftp. At the moment they have to discover that using the aftp scheme is the way to turn this on in Bazaar and that they should do it.
It might be nice to automatically suggest this, or degrade to aftp, if ftp fails with a socket error.
