Bug Description
The user guide contains a chapter "Exporting version information". Some data can be retrieved from a branch or repository.

I am missing a command with which I can determine the last revision for a specific source file.
http://
The tool "Loggerhead" has got the capability to display a column like "Latest Rev". How would you like to make such functionality also available for the command line?

You can do "bzr version-info --include- file-revisions" . Which will
show you the last modified version of every file.
I don't think we've ever exposed a way to get that information for a
single file.
